Individual Counseling.
Individual counseling can help you work through the past, cope with the present, and dream for the future. Working with a therapist can feel weird and awkward at times - we get it! We have all been clients ourselves. We will know a lot about you, but you won’t know much about us. Think about individual counseling as YOUR time. You get to have space dedicated to process through whatever YOU need. Think of your therapist as a sorta mentor/guide/good friend all rolled into one.
In your individual sessions, you will work alongside your therapist to set meaningful goals. Your therapist will take the time to listen to you, to understand your past and help you make sense of how it impacts your present. Your therapist will spend a lot of time getting to know you - ALL parts of you.

Counseling.

Our therapists are trained yoga instructors offering trauma-informed yoga for both individuals and groups.
