Clinical Group Supervision
Are you a pre-licensed therapists looking for a community of other professionals working toward their mental health licensure?
Join Ilene Solomon Gold, LCSW, RYT for bi-monthly group supervision at her office conveniently located in the center of Denver in the Golden Triangle neighborhood.
In group, you will:
gain clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, case conceptualization, interventions, case review, termination, and referral
explore your own biases, countertransference, and blindspots
improve clinical documentation skills
give and receive feedback to group members in a warm, professional, and nonjudgmental way
increase confidence in therapeutic orientations, modalities and interventions
hone in on your clinical voice and work to develop Self as Therapist
build a community of developing therapists for support and future professional networking
bonus: support with building a private practice (*if group members have this interest*)
This group is a good fit for you if:
you are working toward your licensure in the state of Colorado as a social worker, professional counselor, or a marriage & family therapist
you want to learn from and help inspire other young professionals on a similar career path
you receive individual clinical supervision but want something more
you are a social worker who works at an agency without a LCSW on staff
Group runs on Thursday mornings from 9:00-10:00 am, every other week starting on August 1, 2024 and goes until February 27, 2025. You must commit to the full 6 months for group cohesion, safety, and trust.
