This three-part Wellness Workshop Series is tailored made for any and all teacher, educator, or school staff member.

It is a chance to restore and replenish yourself after the 2023-2024 school year, and to rebuild and reconnect so that you are ready to tackle the 2024-2025 school year.
After the two-hour event, you will walk away feeling more nourished and connected to mind-body-spirit. You will meet and be seen by other school professionals who understand what it takes to sustain a career of service. You will gather tools to use to bring with you into the school year ahead.
